What you will contribute
GELITA USA, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Training & Development Expert. The Training & Development Expert is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs across GELITA USA to enhance employee performance, support leadership growth, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
What we will achieve together
- Partner with leaders and teams to assess training needs, design learning strategies, and facilitate learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and global programs.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver effective employee development initiatives, including onboarding, compliance training, skills development, and leadership programs.
- Facilitate performance management and succession planning processes; ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using established metrics and feedback mechanisms; make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coach and consult with leaders on performance improvement, team development, and change management strategies.
- Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with audit requirements and internal policies; provide timely and accurate information during audits.
- Ensure full utilization and oversight of the Paycom Learning Management System (LMS); support end-users and troubleshoot issues.
- Collect, analyze, and report on training and development metrics to measure success and impact.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in organizational development, adult learning, and talent development.
- Support global learning and development initiatives and act as a liaison between local and global HR/OD teams
What makes you stand out
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Paycom.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and performance improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Certification in training or OD (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment preferred
- Familiarity with global HR/OD initiatives and change management frameworks preferred
