At our Headquarters, we have several global key roles that are closely connected to every function and location. From here, we act as HR Business Partners for our German organization and provide central support for roles within our global units.
The setup of local HR teams at our locations worldwide depends on the activities and size of each country organization. However, they are crucial for comprehensive support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring excellent operational HR management and services that create added value for our company, as well as supporting local changes.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of our HR approach. We closely work together, utilizing digital touchpoints and organize regular face-to-face meetings of our Global Senior HR Team, to ensure transparency and alignment. This collaborative effort contributes to delivering a consistent experience for our employees worldwide.
