Jumpstart Your Career at GELITA

By completing training in a technical or craft trade, you have good basic prerequisites for becoming a Machine and Plant Operator at GELITA. As a rule, you will start directly in a production team working alternating shifts. Depending on the factory, you may also be deployed as a flexible floater. During your time as a floater, you benefit from your shift colleagues' extensive experience in different shift teams on your way to becoming a Machine and Plant Operator.

No Previous Training

It is also possible to join GELITA in the area of production without previous training. Depending on the plant, you can work as a Production Assistant (all genders) or in the packaging unit on alternating shifts.
