At GELITA, our Quality & Regulatory Affairs department plays a crucial role in ensuring high standards of product safety and quality for our customers. With applications in Food, Health, Animal Feed and Pharma, we are dedicated to delivering safe and reliable products that meet complex regulatory requirements.
Our Quality Management team is responsible for maintaining our Integrated Management System, which includes developing and updating process descriptions for management, operating, and supporting processes. Through close collaboration with all departments within GELITA, we ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date information. We are committed to driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement, while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Obtaining and maintaining recognized external certifications is of utmost importance for our organization and our customers. Our team conducts value adding internal audits, ensuring the compliance to rigorous food safety and ISO standards. We also collaborate with our commercial teams in conducting supplier and customer audits, reinforcing compliance and fostering strong partnerships.
Our Regulatory Specialists keep up-to-date with local, national, and international regulations and standards including requirements for import and export. They maintain close collaboration with regulatory authorities, efficiently addressing inquiries and reducing trade barriers for GELITA.
With dedicated laboratories attached to our production plants, we implement effective quality assurance and control measures. Our laboratories enable us to conduct thorough testing and analysis, ensuring that our products consistently meet high quality standards.
