What We Expect from Our Suppliers:

Supplier Preselection:
Suppliers register via a questionnaire and can receive the status ”Potential supplier“. If necessary, we select suitable suppliers from the pool of potential suppliers who then undergo the approval process.
Supplier Approval:
If a potential supplier successfully completes the systematic and transparent approval process, they receive the status ”Approved“. Orders are only placed with suppliers with this status.
Supplier Evaluation:
We regularly evaluate the performance of our active suppliers according to demanding but fair criteria (quality, costs, cooperation, innovation, and sustainability). The supplier assessment is concluded with the status ”Preferred“, ”Advanced“, ”Accepted“ or ”Desourced“.
Supplier Development:
The aim is to systematically and continuously develop our suppliers through jointly agreed measures.
Integrated Quality Management
We not only value excellent product quality from our suppliers but also expect excellent cooperation.
Through regular audits, we periodically assess the following:
- Fulfillment of product specifications and services
- Adherence to delivery quantities and deadlines
Full Traceability
We operate with an integrated management system. To ensure seamless traceability of all materials and products, we expect our suppliers to implement a comparable quality management system and to actively require the same from their own suppliers.
End-to-End Quality
Our goal is to continuously improve the entire supply chain with regard to product and service quality. To achieve this, we establish quality assurance agreements with strategic suppliers.
