Our IT department is currently undergoing significant changes as we transition from internally developed solutions to implementing SAP as our global ERP system. At our Headquarters, we have various sub-departments that focus on specific functions and often set the framework globally. Our Global System Management & Services team ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of our server and systems infrastructure worldwide and is responsible for IT / Cyber Security. The Software Development team is responsible for creating and maintaining software solutions that support our business processes. Our Global Data Warehouse & BI team manages, interprets, and provides data resources and reports, leveraging data-driven decision-making. Additionally, we have a dedicated and growing SAP project team that works closely with our subject matter and process experts to oversee the implementation and optimization of our SAP systems. 

Finally, to support our global operations, we provide IT support at multiple levels. Our IT support teams, based both at our Headquarters and in our country organizations, ensure the availability and functionality of our IT systems while assisting users with technical issues.
