General Management & Governance

At GELITA, there are some Top Management and further and roles with special expertise that are closely linked to our executive board. These key functions are essential for strategy development and organizational advancement, and they significantly contribute to the global success and growth of our organization.

Our Top Management, consists of the Heads of our Global Business Management, Central Supply & Operations Management, and several Group Vice Presidents. Primarily based at our Headquarters, they work together under the shared vision of ONE GELITA to shape our corporate strategy and set the global direction in their respective areas of expertise.

This is done in close collaboration with our General Managers, who act as legal representatives of our country organizations worldwide and manage local activities. The management teams in our country organizations use their local insights and expertise to adapt the global strategy to specific regional circumstances and ensure its effective implementation.

Specialist roles, for example in Global Process & Data Management, are instrumental in driving excellence and supporting strategic decision-making at GELITA. These functions aim to establish efficient processes, ensure high data quality, and promote data-driven decisions across the entire organization. Their expertise enables us to make informed strategic decisions that significantly drive our success.
