Work with us and our stakeholders on future-oriented learning solutions and a networked learning environment.
What we will achieve together
- Manage learning management systems (LMS), including planning, implementation, and monitoring progress
- Design, roll out, and administer LMS offerings (e-learning, classroom training, webinars, workshops, and blended learning)
- Stakeholder management: support and expand our subject matter expert network (consistent communication, regular status meetings)
- Coordinate content creation by internal teams and third parties
- Create and track project plans, schedules, and project status reports, including key performance indicators
- Manage change requests and scope adherence
- Oversee system customizations and coordinate customer-specific implementations and customer-driven standard enhancements
- Migrate and systematically structure data as needed
- Support topics in the area of HR Development & Culture as needed
What makes you stand out
- Successfully completed degree (B.Sc.) in psychology, business administration, or related fields
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in HR Learning and Development
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning environments
- High level of initiative and an independent, structured, and implementation-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with leadership capabilities
- Fluent German and English skills
