Meet Ulrike
Ulrike Braun, PhD, oversees Scientific Affairs and Communication for Nutrition & Health Ingredients at GELITA AG in Germany. She promotes the benefits of bioactive collagen peptides for performance, wellbeing, and appearance, aiming to enhance quality of life. A PhD chemist with over 20 years in the food and feed industry, she joined GELITA in March 2023, bringing expertise in specialized nutrition, natural performance ingredients, and regulatory affairs.

Ginger Waller's passion for innovation and science is her motivation for a fascinating and fulfilling career in technical services at GELITA USA. Joining GELITA in 2003, she has enjoyed being a strong, influential part of GELITA’s global application team. Her academic background in chemistry and food science is also an essential foundation for the work she accomplishes.
