Next generation gelatins with Hybrid Smart Technology! 

For the marshmallows we had amazing results with a protein content of 30 percent. Considering Bioactive Collagen Peptides such as VERISOL®, this would correspond to a daily dose of 2.5 g in three marshmallows. Another example is the use in hard candies. Here we can achieve up to 88% pure protein! Numerous other product concepts are possible - the imagination knows no limits!
