Welcome to our site in Lerma, State of Mexico. Established in 1967 as Panamericana de Grenetina, our plant has a rich history in the production of beef and pork gelatin. In 2002, we joined GELITA and became GELITA Mexico, focusing solely on producing beef gelatin and selling collagen peptides.

Our core business in Mexico caters to the domestic market, serving the confectionery, pharmaceutical, and beauty industries. We take pride in maintaining international quality standards, with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certifications, as well as adhering to local regulations for safety and cleanliness, recognized by STPS and PROFEPA.
