GELITA AG sells its shares in R.P. Scherer to majority shareholder Catalent
GELITA AG has come to an agreement with the US company Catalent Pharma Solutions Inc., Somerset, NJ, the majority shareholder of R. P. Scherer GmbH & Co. KG located in Eberbach, Germany, for acquisition of its 49% shareholding in the company.
The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including approval from regulatory authorities.
