FI South America nominates GELITA RTE-ICE as one of the most innovative products


The organizers of Food Ingredients South America (FISA) have declared the product RTE-ICE from GELITA Brazil as one of three of the most innovative products at the coming trade fair (June 3 to 5 in Sao Paulo, Brazil). After 2006 with GELITA Instant Gel Schoko and 2007 with GELITA Extra Crunch, GELITA RTE-ICE now takes GELITA to the finals of this competition for the third time in series.

GELITA RTE-ICE is a specially developed ingredient for the production of coatings, e.g. in snack bars, ice cream and fruits. It is characterized by its high degree of consistency during temperature fluctuation and mechanical stress, a huge advantage for sales and storage.

The winner of the competition for most innovative product will be determined on the first day of FISA.
